“We have used On Call for a years for regular maintenance and bi-annual system checks. Overall, we've always been happy with the service but today was EXCEPTIONAL! Jamie called to confirm our inspection time and let me know the technician was on his way which is so appreciated and respectful of my time as a busy mom and someone who works from home. Sequoyah arrived at our home to perform our bi-annual check. He was on time, introduced himself, gave a full explanation of what he'd be doing and got right to work. When we finished, he went through everything that he found and showed me the photos he took. We are now good to go for the winter season which makes me very happy. I would highly recommend On Call and Sequoyah for all of your HVAC needs! Update: Late one evening, we realized the upstairs zone of our unit wasn't functioning properly and it was much hotter than we'd prefer. We called in to the after hours line and Acey was the technician who came out and SAVED THE DAY! He determined that the dampers needed to be replaced but he was able to get the unit to work temporarily since he didn't have those parts readily available. He got us our estimate the next day and then he was the one who came out made the repair. He was thorough and efficient. Acey was fantastic and I would highly recommend him as well!!!!”

Does a heating problem mean I need a new system?
Not necessarily. Your technician will tell you honestly whether a repair makes sense or whether replacement is the better value, and give you a price for each so you can decide.
What brands do you work on?
All major brands. We install primarily Trane, and our NATE-certified technicians repair furnaces, heat pumps and ductless systems from every major manufacturer.
Can you help if only one room is cold?
Yes. A room that never warms up is often an airflow or ductwork issue, not the furnace. We'll find the real cause before recommending anything.
How much does a heating service call cost?
Our residential diagnostic fee is $89, waived when you go ahead with the repair at the quoted price. Payment is due on site by cash, check or card, and your technician can walk you through financing options in person for bigger jobs.
How often should my heating system be serviced?
Once a year for a furnace, before the cold weather. Heat pumps work year-round, so we recommend a spring and fall tune-up — both are included in our HVAC Maintenance plan.
