When you call On Call, you talk to our office team here in Columbia — not a national call center. The technician who comes to your door is one of our own: a master or journeyman plumber, a NATE-certified HVAC technician or a backflow-certified specialist.

Our approach
Trained technicians, not trained salespeople. Every visit starts with a diagnosis. Your technician shows you what they found, explains your options — including repair, when repair makes sense — and gives you a firm price before any work begins. Then you decide.
Our standard residential diagnostic fee is $89, waived when you go ahead with the repair at the quoted price. Payment is due on site by cash, check or card, and your technician can walk you through financing options in person if you'd rather pay over time.
