Tonight, or first thing tomorrow?
Not every breakdown needs an overnight visit. When you call, our team will talk through what's happening — the temperature inside, who's in the home, whether the whole system is down — and help you decide whether you need a technician tonight or can wait for a regular-hours visit.

“My AC stopped blowing cold air the night before our home was to be shown for open house. On Call Plumbing was quick to respond and even quicker to arrive at our home, after hours, and on the weekend. Alex arrived very promptly and gave a run down of what was wrong within minutes. The repair was done perfectly and quickly by Alex who demonstrated his professionalism and expertise while at my home. He was respectful and clean as well, making it look like he was never there after the clean up. 100% recommend this company and Alex. I will definitely be calling them again if I ever have any issues with my HVAC. Many thanks to Alex for being on call that day!”

“We have used On Call for a years for regular maintenance and bi-annual system checks. Overall, we've always been happy with the service but today was EXCEPTIONAL! Jamie called to confirm our inspection time and let me know the technician was on his way which is so appreciated and respectful of my time as a busy mom and someone who works from home. Sequoyah arrived at our home to perform our bi-annual check. He was on time, introduced himself, gave a full explanation of what he'd be doing and got right to work. When we finished, he went through everything that he found and showed me the photos he took. We are now good to go for the winter season which makes me very happy. I would highly recommend On Call and Sequoyah for all of your HVAC needs! Update: Late one evening, we realized the upstairs zone of our unit wasn't functioning properly and it was much hotter than we'd prefer. We called in to the after hours line and Acey was the technician who came out and SAVED THE DAY! He determined that the dampers needed to be replaced but he was able to get the unit to work temporarily since he didn't have those parts readily available. He got us our estimate the next day and then he was the one who came out made the repair. He was thorough and efficient. Acey was fantastic and I would highly recommend him as well!!!!”
A few common questions.
How fast can you get here?
Emergency service is available 24/7. Call (803) 781-4357 and our team will tell you when the next technician can reach you based on current calls and your location.
How much does an emergency HVAC visit cost?
After-hours visits may carry an additional charge, and our team will tell you the price when you call — before a technician is dispatched. During regular hours, our residential diagnostic fee is $89 and is waived when you go ahead with the repair at the quoted price. Payment is due on site by cash, check or card, and your technician can walk you through financing options in person.
Should I keep restarting a system that shuts off?
No. Repeated restarts can damage the equipment, and a shutdown is often a safety control doing its job. Note any code on the thermostat and let your technician take it from there.
What brands do you repair?
All major brands. We install primarily Trane, and our NATE-certified technicians also service Carrier, Goodman, Daikin and other major brands.
