This particular experience was even more pleasant because I had a major issue while I was out of town. During the hottest week of the year my Primary A/C unit stopped working and needed a full replacement. Mike(the supervisor) put together HVAC unit options detailing all of their specs and ratings along with their cost. I was then able to make a well-informed decision about which unit best met my needs.
Justin (the tech) arrived on-time fully prepared to complete the work- he communicated with my daughter and kept her informed about everything that was happening, which got relayed to me. Jason was excellent! Very professional, courteous and above all highly knowledgeable! Within a couple of days the system was up and running is definitely quieter and more efficient than the original unit I had.
