Signs of a sewer line problem
Several drains backing up at the same time
Water coming up in a tub or shower when you flush
Gurgling toilets and drains
A clog that comes back weeks after it was cleared
Sewage smells indoors or in the yard
You'll see what we see
We run a camera through your sewer line to find the cause of recurring backups — a sagging section that holds water, a cracked or separated joint, roots or something that shouldn't be there. Your plumber shows you the footage and explains what it means in plain language, so you can see for yourself why we're recommending a cleaning, a spot repair or a new section of pipe.
| Option | Best for |
|---|---|
| Drain cleaning | Grease, roots or debris blocking a line that's otherwise in good shape. |
| Spot repair | One cracked, separated or sagging section. |
| Section replacement | Longer runs of pipe that are damaged or deteriorating. |
We'll recommend the least invasive fix that actually solves the problem — and show you the camera footage that backs it up.

A few common questions.
Will a camera inspection mean I have to replace my sewer line?
No. The camera shows us what's actually in the line, and your plumber will show you the footage too. Most problems are solved with cleaning or a spot repair — we only recommend replacing a section when the camera shows it's needed.
Will you need to dig up my yard or driveway?
It depends on where the problem is and how deep the pipe runs. Your plumber will explain exactly what needs to be dug up — and what doesn't — before any work starts.
How much does sewer line repair cost?
Our residential diagnostic fee is $89, waived when you go ahead with the work at the quoted price. You'll get a firm price on site before anything starts. Pay by cash, check or card, and for larger sewer repairs your plumber can walk you through financing options in person.
Sewage is backing up right now. What should I do?
