A few common questions.
Does a broken AC mean I need a new system?
Not necessarily. Your technician will tell you honestly whether a repair makes sense or whether replacement is the better value, and give you a price for each so you can decide.
Do you only work on Trane?
No. We install primarily Trane, and our NATE-certified technicians repair every major brand of air conditioner, heat pump and ductless system.
Can you fix a room that never cools down?
Yes. A hot upstairs or a room that never cools is often an airflow, ductwork or humidity problem — not a too-small AC. We find the real cause before recommending anything.
How much does an AC service call cost?
Our residential diagnostic fee is $89, waived when you go ahead with the repair at the quoted price. Payment is due on site by cash, check or card, and your technician can walk you through financing options in person.
How often should my AC be serviced?
Twice a year — in spring before the heat hits, and in fall for your heating. Both visits are included in our HVAC Maintenance plan.
