Gas furnace or heat pump?
A gas furnace burns fuel to make heat. A heat pump moves heat and also cools your home in summer, with backup heat for the coldest days. Your technician will look at your gas and electrical service, ductwork, comfort preferences and total installed cost to recommend the right fit. If your heating and cooling share equipment, we'll plan them as one coordinated project.
Sized for your home — not copied from the old unit
Bigger isn't better. We size your new system around your home's layout, insulation, windows and ductwork, so it heats evenly and runs efficiently. Need heat in an addition or bonus room? A ductless mini-split may be the better answer.
One clear installed price
Your quote spells out the equipment, thermostat, connections, removal of the old system, any duct, electrical or venting changes, and permit and inspection responsibilities — one firm price before anything is scheduled.
After installation
Your technician walks you through the new thermostat and filters and explains your equipment warranty.

A few common questions.
Should I replace my system with the same size?
Not necessarily. The old unit may have been the wrong size all along. We size your new system for your home — its layout, insulation and ductwork — rather than just copying the nameplate.
Furnace or heat pump — which is better?
It depends on your home. Gas furnaces deliver hotter air and work well where gas is already in place. Heat pumps heat and cool in one efficient system and are a strong fit for the Midlands' mild winters. Your technician will compare both for your home and budget.
Will a new system lower my energy bills?
A newer, high-efficiency system typically uses less energy than an older one, but your actual savings depend on your home, weather and how you use it. We'll show you the efficiency ratings side by side so you can compare.
How long does installation take, and can I finance it?
Your technician will give you a timeline with your quote, based on the equipment and any extra work involved. Financing is available for qualifying installations through GreenSky and Wells Fargo, subject to credit approval.
