During the hottest week of the year my Primary A/C unit stopped working and needed a full replacement. Justin (the tech) arrived on-time fully prepared to complete the work- he communicated with my daughter and kept her informed about everything that was happening, which got relayed to me. Within a couple of days the system was up and running is definitely quieter and more efficient than the original unit I had.
