My daughter had clogged toilets that could not be cleared by plunging and there did not appear to be a clean out outside. Because of Hank’s experience he knew there should be a clean out. It only took him only 5 minutes to locate the severely buried clean out which was complete covered by dirt and leaves. Only his knowledge and experience gave him the insight to know how things work and how to locate so quickly, even when completely covered. Hank should get a raise. As always your team was able to resolve the issue honestly and correctly rather than trying to sell me something I didn’t need. I have called On Call multiple times for multiple issues on both my daughters and mothers house and have never been disappointed. They have always provided a solution/fix, always honest and are very reasonable. All their team are professional and very nice. Individuals like Hank are such a valuable asset to your company in a time where the trades are severely hurting for qualified team members. I will be recommending On Call to all my friends.
