My daughter had clogged toilets that could not be cleared by plunging and there did not appear to be a clean out outside. Because of Hank’s experience he knew there should be a clean out. It only took him only 5 minutes to locate the severely buried clean out which was complete covered by dirt and leaves. Only his knowledge and experience gave him the insight to know how things work and how to locate so quickly, even when completely covered. Hank should get a raise. As always your team was able to resolve the issue honestly and correctly rather than trying to sell me something I didn’t need.
