### How much does a plumbing service call cost?

Our residential diagnostic fee is $89, and we waive it when you go ahead with the repair at the quoted price. Payment is due on site by cash, check or card — and for bigger jobs like a water heater replacement, your plumber can walk you through financing options in person.



### Are your plumbers licensed?

Yes. Our team includes master and journeyman plumbers and backflow-certified technicians. On Call holds South Carolina Mechanical License CLM.111515 MC and is insured — certificates of insurance are available on request.



### What if I don't know what's wrong?

No problem. Just tell us what you're seeing or hearing — where it is and when it started — and we'll send the right plumber.



### Will you try to sell me a new water heater or fixture?

Not necessarily. Your plumber will tell you honestly whether a repair makes sense or whether replacement is the better value, and give you a price for each so you can decide.
